Individual Therapy
A steady, long-arc, one-to-one relationship — the foundation of most of the work I do.
Sessions are 60–90 minutes, held via telehealth from wherever you feel most grounded. In-person sessions will be offered as a Pennsylvania office opens.
I only see adults 21+ in my practice. All new clients begin with a free initial telehealth consultation before booking a full session.
Who I work with
Adults 21+ carrying trauma or an eating disorder.
I specialize in adults with acute and complex trauma and eating disorders. I also work with anxiety, depression, and the life transitions that often surface alongside them.
My focus is to help our clients reconnect with the truth of who they were before life's events disconnected them from that truth.
What to expect
The first few sessions.
We start with orientation — who you are, what you're hoping for, what's been tried, what has and hasn't worked. We attend to safety and to the resources already alive in your life.
From there, we move into the work at a pace that fits your system. You'll always know why we're doing what we're doing.
How we work
Modalities in service of you.
Depending on what's needed, sessions may draw on somatic therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 1), EMDR, Internal Family Systems, experiential practices, ERP, neurofeedback, or Safe and Sound Protocol. The approach follows you.
Getting started
A free initial consultation.
All new clients begin with a free initial telehealth consultation before booking a full session. It's a short, no-pressure conversation about fit, focus, and what you're hoping for.
