Lauren is a certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) II. She is Level 1 certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
Additionally, she has completed S.A.F.E EMDR training (somatic and attachment focused) through the Personal Transformation Institute. She is a certified provider of the Safe & Sound Protocol, HeartMath Biofeedback and remote Neurofeedback. As a lifelong lover of learning,
Lauren has received extensive training in psychodrama, dialectical behavioral therapy, TF-CBT, TANT (Trauma Art Narrative Therapy), NARM, internal family systems as well as other trauma- focused therapies.
She has co-presented at two National Conferences (the American Society for Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (ASGPP) in 2016 and the national Internal Family Systems conference in 2017) and been invited to train professionals on the local and international stage.
She is passionate about creating a safe environment to promote the healing of painful past experiences and trauma. Lauren has extensive work experience facilitating experiential group therapy and workshops.

To receive a licensed professional counselor certificate, a candidate must achieve a graduate level degree, such as a master’s degree in counseling or a doctoral degree.
Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and Pennsylvania, also is a certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She is Level 1 certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
